Beer Shipping
Shipping is only available to a limited number of states at this time. Customers are expected to adhere to any state limits or regulations.
Where Can I Park?
Avon FLX: Plenty of on-site free parking in our lot. Please refrain from parking in the designated Martins bread company truck spots near the back of the property.
Buffalo: There is a dedicated free parking lot to the left of the entrance off Niagara Street. There is also free street parking available on both sides.
Do You Serve Food?
Avon FLX & Buffalo: We offer food at both locations. Check out our Taproom Page for more information on the menus at each location.
Do You Offer Private Events
Avon FLX & Buffalo: Absolutely! If you are looking to book private events, please visit our private events page for each taproom.
Are Dogs Allowed?
Avon FLX: Dogs are welcome in our outside patio seating if they are leashed and well behaved. Please note this is subject to warmer weather months when the patio seating is open.
Buffalo: Due to our open kitchen concept no dogs are allowed right now on site.
Are Kids Allowed?
Avon FLX & Buffalo: Kids are always welcome at both properties if they are well behaved and supervised. Please note that our Avon location is a functioning brewery, so it’s important for your child’s safety they are well monitored.
I do not own a bar or restaurant, but I am interested in purchasing a keg. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, kegs to the public are not available. We will be sure to adjust this message if our policy changes.
What is the story behind the name Mortalis?
Mortalis is the Latin word for “Mortal”. We believe that beer is about human connection. A connection that we are All Mortals in this realm with stories to tell, dreams to live, and beers to share.
Are Your Beers Kosher?
At this time, our beers are not Kosher.
Are Your Beers Vegan?
Some of our offerings contain Lactose/Milk Sugar. This will be clearly stated on the can or bottle and in menu descriptions, website, and Untappd if it contains this product.
Are Your Beers Gluten-Free?
No, they are not. However, each taproom has additional wine offerings that are gluten-free.
Can You Ship Beer To Me?
If you are a NYS resident YES! Our beers go live for online purchase every Monday @ 10AM. We look forward to adding additional states in the future when we are able to meet the demand.
Is Your Brewery Wheelchair Accesible?
Yes, both our FLX/Avon & Buffalo locations are.

Do You Offer Growler Fills?
No, we do not offer growlers and we do not fill any personal growlers. However, we do offer our own 16oz canned and 500ml bottle format options from our current selection.
Do You Offer Any Non-Alcoholic Options?
Yes, we offer a variety of soda options from Rochester Local Company Fizz.
Do You Offer Outdoor Seating?
Avon FLX: We offer a large outdoor seating area with umbrellas and fire features. However, this is seasonal and not open from late fall to early spring.
Buffalo: We currently do not offer outdoor seating at this location.
